Meet the chocolatier and owner of Bijoux- Meggie Mobley! After graduating with a bachelor’s in hospitality management from Mizzou, Meggie’s dream was to own her own bakery. She followed that dream to the french pastry school in Chicago where she discovered that while she liked baking, she loved chocolate! It is the perfect combination of science and art. After working in Chicago and following her passion back to St. Louis, she came to a crossroads: St. Louis is where she was born and raised, and where she wanted to live, but it isn’t really a hub for artisan, hand painted chocolate boutiques. So she decided to change that.
